Hamza Tariq is pursuing a Master of Science in Computational Analysis and Public Policy (MSCAPP) at the University of Chicago. He is passionate about leveraging data and artificial intelligence to inform policy decisions and drive economic development. Previously, he worked in development consulting, advising governments on policy initiatives across sectors such as education, economic growth, and disaster management. He also served as the Head of Investment Facilitation at the Chief Minister’s Office (Punjab, Pakistan), where he led efforts to attract investments and shape economic policies. His work has focused on utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance governance, facilitate economic opportunities, and address structural challenges in developing economies.
